David Cisneros Felix, was the co-founder of Phoenix Laser and Rejuvenation Center. He put his heart and soul into his family, and the business he ran with his beloved sister, Julia.

He was, and will forever be, a treasured son, brother, uncle, and friend. We will eternally miss David and his never ending passion for life. It was truly a gift to be with David, one that we are thankful to have shared with all of our clients.
